You will rate seventy-five statements on a five-point scale. Try not to overthink. Read each line, feel where it lands in your body, and answer for who you actually are — not who you wish to be, not who your mother raised you to be, not who your church expects.

At the end you will receive a numerical reading on each of the five traits, your dominant ministry office, the church department where you will most likely flourish, a sit-down letter that tells you the truth about yourself with kindness, and concrete next steps for your life, your work, and your local church.
